There are four independent checks: phone, academic credentials, identity, and a trusted-tutor status earned over time. Each verified check shows as a public badge. The underlying documents are never public.

Verification documents are stored in private object storage, accessible only to the admin reviewing your request, and every access is written to an audit log. They are never referenced from a public page.

It is a published weighted formula: subjects 28, schedule overlap 20, location 16, class level 12, verification 8, curriculum 8, teaching mode 6, budget 5, stated preference 3. You can open any match to see the breakdown.

Almost always schedule. If a tutor has no free slot at the times you requested, the score is capped — a tuition that cannot be scheduled is not a match, however good the tutor is.

Yes. Tutors can be online-only, home-only, or both, and search filters on it. The built-in classroom is a later phase; today most online tuitions run on the tutor’s preferred video tool.

No. Payment tracking records what is expected, paid, and due so both sides have a shared record. Money moves directly between guardian and tutor. bKash, Nagad, and card support are architected for but not implemented — and we will not claim otherwise.

Every profile, post, and message can be reported. Reports move through review to action: warning, hidden content, suspension, or ban. Fake qualifications are treated as a ban-level offence.
