A tuition marketplace built for how Bangladesh actually finds tutors.
The problem
Finding a tutor in Bangladesh usually means a Facebook group, a coaching centre notice board, or a cousin who knows someone. It works, sometimes. What it does not give you is a way to check whether the person is who they say they are, whether they are free when you need them, or what happened with their last three students.
How it stays free
Searching, posting a tuition, applying, and messaging cost nothing and will not start costing something later. There is no commission on a tutor's salary. Revenue, when it comes, will come from optional things sitting beside the marketplace — sponsored placement, institutional services, courses — never from degrading the free experience until people pay to escape it.
On trust
Verification badges mean a real check happened. National ID and academic documents go to private storage, are visible only to the admin reviewing them, and never appear on a public page in any form. The match score is a published set of weights, not a black box, and it is not labelled AI because it is arithmetic.
Where things stand
The public marketplace is live. Accounts, messaging, dashboards, and verification are being built in that order. Pages for features that do not exist yet say so plainly instead of showing a convincing interface that does nothing.
